Energetic Optimization
As you lay (fully clothed) on a massage table, I use intuitive skills to listen to your body. I am a Reiki Master and a practitioner of CranioSacral Unwinding, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology, and Crystal Therapy. I call on the combination of these modalities to facilitate the optimization of your physical and emotional health. A session with me is deeply relaxing, renewing, and revitalizing.

Raphaology® Healing
Raphaology is an ancient healing art revitalized for the twenty-first century. Similar to Reflexology, I apply pressure to your feet to find sensitive points and determine what your body needs to be able to achieve optimum health and a heightened sense of well-being. From this session, you will receive personalized guidelines for the medicinal herbs, high-enzyme foods, and color/light therapy that create a less stressful and reduced toxic environment. This allows you to truly heal yourself!

Private Yoga Sessions
The private sessions are customized to fulfill your intentions, whether you want to build a complete understanding of a daily practice, help relieve specific aches/pains, or simply to relax. This style of yoga is an effective, safe, and reliable system of yoga that brings you into the bliss of your own being. The asana (pose) practice is based in Core Release or spinal decompression using precise alignments to open you up from your tailbone to the top of your spine. The practice of yoga has a restorative and revitalizing effect on your body, your mind, and more.

Healing with Horses
Horses provide a unique way to learn about your self. They are very empathic and communicate through feel, touch, and sharing mental images. Like us, horses can have imbalances between mind, body, spirit, and heart which enables them to mirror the person working with them and show you where you are mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
